Dry Goods Shipping

  • Standard shipping for general dry goods is a flat rate of $12.50.
  • Express shipping is available for $25.00.
  • Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Reef Salt Shipping

Due to the weight and freight requirements of reef salt products, shipping costs vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates for reef salt may be calculated at checkout.
  • If a shipping quote is unavailable, please contact us directly for an accurate freight quote prior to purchase.

Livestock Shipping

  • Livestock orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25.00.
  • Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for FREE livestock shipping.
  • Livestock deliveries are generally sent via next day service; however, some rural or regional locations may require up to 2 days for delivery.
  • Livestock shipping days may vary depending on weather conditions and courier schedules to ensure safe arrival.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and health of our livestock and offer a DOA guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Any DOA claims must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the unopened bag and deceased livestock must be provided.
  • Claims submitted outside the claim window may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by:
    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
    • Unattended deliveries
    • Improper acclimation after arrival

Approved DOA claims may be eligible for store credit or replacement at our discretion.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, though we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Weather & Shipping Delays

For the safety of livestock, we may delay shipment during periods of extreme weather or unforeseen courier disruptions. If this occurs, we will contact you regarding updated shipping arrangements.
